Our contact tracing records are securely stored in an encrypted database, with various other levels of security to ensure the data is not accessed improperly. The database is physically located in Australia.

Restaurants cannot use contact tracing data for marketing, as they cannot see your personal details. Restaurants are restricted to seeing only the first letter of your first and last name, last 4 digits of your phone number, and the domain and length of your email address. Your personally identifiable information will only be released to restaurants upon receiving a request with evidence the information is required by authorities for contact tracing purposes.
